Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

Job Responsibilities Collaborates on all phases of the design process including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, document preparation and construction administration for projects of varying sizes with minimal guidance. 

Utilizes creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions

Preparation of design presentations

Participates in and/or assist in leading design presentations to the client

Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory guidelines.

Generation of Room Data Sheets (RDS)

Participates in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), color palettes and lighting to incorporate responsible and sustainable design practices

Coordination with project team including structural, MEP and interior design personnel, for design development 

Generation of working drawings and details, specifications and material selections needed at construction stage

Coordination with various consultants and vendors as per project requirements

Attend client meetings and Site visits to ensure the execution as per design.

Will be responsible for maintenance of project documents, construction documents and other communications.



Requirements: An Architect who possesses and applies a diversified knowledge of design principles, practices to complete assignments with originality and creativity. Anticipates job expectations and contributes to project and design solutions. Should be well versed with NBC guidelines, general statutory regulations, preparation of working drawings, BOQ preparation, structural and MEP engineering services coordination and ready to travel within India for site visits as per project requirements.


Key Skills: Bachelor in Architecture and registered with COA, India.

5+ years of experience in handling architectural and interior projects, both. Site experience is a must. Exposure to hospitality and healthcare projects will be an added advantage.

Sustainable design accreditation (optional)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and 3D modeling software preferred. Revit will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred

Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing

 

Mandatory Skills: 1.Handled site activities 

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD,



Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture and registered with COA, India.
