Duties and responsibilities

Site supervision cum coordinator 

Quantity take off for all disciplines i.e., Structural, Architectural, MEP and infrastructural

Supervising, Arranging and attending Progress meeting and recording minutes.

Preparing project assignment, preparing action plan

Leading and guiding the towards successful completion of assignment in an agreed schedule.

Attending Project Assignment Meeting and Inter Coordination Meeting, raising queries/ clarifications whenever required.

Prepare Cost estimate, Tender / Contract Documents, Bill of Quantities, Tender Analysis and Report etc.

Review and evaluate Contractor’s Interim Valuation

Prepare Project- Life- Cycle- Costing, Budgeting Estimate, Pre-Tender Estimate etc.

Co-coordinating with Design Team to prepare value. Engineering report/ Analysis.

Meets the Functional Objectives of the Design & development Department.
