 1)      To manage current  retail counters with Beauty Advisors  for sales. 

2)      To monitor daily sales counter wise product wise.

3)      To achieve counter purchase targets monthly. 

4)      To prepare monthly sales report counter wise 

5)      To place BEAUTY ADVISOR SALES GIRLS on New counters and track their performance.
