Hardworking, like to travel, knowledge of computers, well versed with the Housing society (commercial & residential) bye-laws & rules, command over language (English & Regional).

Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be graduate with 5 - 10 years of experience in Cooperative Housing Society matters like, billing and receipt, recording minutes of meeting, record keeping, filing, vendor check preparation, taking care of general maintenance of society, attend member’s complaint, maintain statutory society registers, drafting circulars / notice / NOC etc. He should be well versed with the Housing society (commercial & residential) bye-laws & rules with computer knowledge. Candidate having accounting knowledge will be preferred. He should be able to travel within city limits. Good command over language (English & Regional) is must for this position.
