Industry –            Personal Loan – Domestic Outbound Call Centre

Gender –                             Male & Female

Age –                                   21 to 27 years

Experience –                      Min. 2-3 years plus for non- PL Industry or Min.1 year plus from PL Industry

Education –                        Minimum HSC

Communication –             Good Hindi & Average English…. Additional Any Regional Language will be advantage.

Salary :                                Avg. 15k plus …. Depending on Experience, Education & Interview Performance

Target :                               Min. 50 lac per month.

Attitude :                            Candidates must have interest for Sales with Target achieving approach

Added Co. Support –        Training on the PL Product & FAQs + 25% of lead support

 Training Period –              2-7 days (depending on relevant experience) will be without pay

 Job Profile

 1.      Connect Minimum 150+ calls a day on Co. data

2.      Generate Minimum 1 Leads per day from data and build Prospects

3.      Collect Online documents of Interested leads and submit documents for login

4.      Handle Customer queries from lead to Disbursement

5.      Generate leads from Reference

6.      Handle Co. leads shared till Disbursement.

7.      Achieve Monthly Targets
