Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION: 

A liaison officer in a fast-paced environment, where his primary responsibilities will be as follows:

Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title, ownership, zone, boundaries, access, sale & purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents that will envisage purchase of potential land packages.

Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.

Shall be adept at independently liaising with BMC  other relevant sanction authorities for new real estate projects.

Shall be computer literate

Applicants shall be adept with reading & writing statutory documents in Marathi & English.
