Role & Responsibilities:

 We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.  As a TA Executive, you will be responsible to build a world-class recruitment team and proactively manage the recruitment funnel to meet standards of quality, effectiveness and timeliness benchmarks.  Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department as per the HR Budget  Build and mentor a team of recruiters  Partnering with HOD's on organizational development, workforce planning and identifying future requirements.  Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements, launching vacancy adverts internally and externally.  Proactively managing the recruitment process so that it meets the required standards of quality, efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness  Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates  Close Senior managers to CXO level positions  Excellent communication skills  Strategic input to ideate and execute HR systems.  Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.  Network on consultants.  Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook Networking Now)  Hands-on experience with end to end recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

 Knowledge of Application Tracking System (ATS)

 A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

 Ability to build relationships with influence stakeholders

 Proven history meeting or exceeding recruitment targets

 In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

 B.com, BMM, BMS, BAF, MBA or PGBA/MA in human resources, or similar relevant field

 3-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition

 Preferably worked with the Real Estate/Construction Industry.
