For Profiling :

Role : Looking after Profile Production with Acceptable Quality under controlled wastage

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical

Experience: Fresh/experienced 

JD: Ensure Cost effectiveness of the products to be manufactured. 

• Tool Setting in the machine. • Understand the problems or sensitive Operational issues and plan corrective and preventive action  

• Ensure Dust Collector on -line and conveying is working and arrange the same. • Ensure the production team are recording their changes of Parameter on record and pass the information to next shift. • Hourly monitoring of the Profile locking in Projector with reference to Mr Jan mail regarding Long & Short side tool performance. • Follow QC standards as defined by QC and the process variation to be under control & send the Report to Harsh ji & GM every day.

• Ensure Profile test Samples after inspections shift wise to handover QC Head after packing in a small packet with details. • Ensure Rejection in the location defined NC area

• Work order wise follow the Process & store the profiled pallets in a Q with reference to Design after shift

• Maintain Good Housekeeping all the times. • ORIOR ENTRY to finish on same day after shift is over.

• Attain issues and plan for corrective action & preventive action.

• Ensure the wastages recorded in ORIOR then shift to Grinding area.

• Maintain HEALTHY Interpersonal relationship with other department and pass the information for Improvement in other Department that is finally required in HOMAG. • Reporting to Production Head
