• Responsible for day to day Dispatch activities, preparation of DC/Tax invoice, arrangement of transport based on consignment tonnage for clearance. Sort out transportation related queries i.e. Road Permit, Freight & Issue of space in go down. • Responsible for efficiently handling of carriage outward, LR, Road permit. EWAY bill generation as per GST • Prepare Export Documents Including Container Export, Pre-& Post Shipping Documents till Fumigation Certificate Requirement. • Passing / Clearance of outward Transportation freight bills as per contract for domestic and export shipments, deduction of penalty for delay, shortages, damages & check with LR. • Co-ordinate with insurance company for completing survey of damages, shortage consignment etc. • E-way bill generation for movement of goods as per E-way bill rules. • Records to maintain daily stock account for production and despatches, openings and closing balances on daily basis. • Container export under RFID sealing’s. ITC & RCM under GST. • Co-ordinating with Marketing department for despatches. • Co-ordinating with GM(Commercial) at Corp. Office /Sales Accounts team for clarifications / GST transactions

Desired Candidate:  • Should have handled dispatch individually.  / • Should have knowledge of dispatch process - packing list, forms, verify material as per packing list etc. • Must have Export-Import experience. / • Knowledge of channels and angles. • Lasioning with GST Officials. / • Experience in handling CERA/GST audits.

• Should have good experience in handling In-Plant logistics. / • Experience in any ERP/Oracle/SAP is added advantage. Basic computer Knowledge-MS Office, specially excel and Good communication
