We, Smartenviro Systems Pvt. Ltd. are leading automatic organic waste composter machine
manufacturers in India.
We have been able to implement a significant reduction in waste management costs by using an
organic waste composter on-site for food waste.
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR
Requirement- At each location 1 person
Experience: 0-2 Years in Marketing (preferably in waste management or related sectors)

Role Overview
We are looking for a young, energetic, and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The
ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in marketing, a passion for sustainability, and the
ability to promote our organic waste composter machines effectively. You will play a crucial role in
increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research:
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
o Analyze customer needs and align marketing strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
o Identify and approach potential customers, including housing societies, hotels,
corporate offices, educational institutions, and municipalities.
o Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and
services.
o Develop innovative ideas to create demand for organic waste composter machines.
Sales Support:
o Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
o Provide product demonstrations and technical insights to prospective clients.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
o Work on digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media
promotions, and SEO activities.
o Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Event Participation:
o Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to
generate leads and showcase the product.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the waste management or
environmental sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
