Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Flybed Home, you will be responsible for generating new business through

calling activity, maintaining customer relationships, managing leads effectively and closing sales of

our high-quality wall bed products. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs,

and provide expert solutions. You will play a vital role in achieving Sales targets and contributing to

the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Acquisition:

○ Inbound/ Outbound Calling- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls to

introduce our products and services.

○ Identify and target potential customers, including homeowners, interior designers,

architects, builders, contractors and others. Identify and qualify leads to build a robust

sales pipeline.

○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them

into sales.

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business

relationships.

● Lead Management:

○ Follow up on leads generated from various sources, nurturing them through the sales

process.

○ Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customer requirements with suitable

products.

● Product Knowledge:

○ Gain in-depth knowledge of Flybed Home's product range, features, benefits, and

technical specifications & Bed customization.

○ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

● Sales Process:

○ Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

○ Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.

○ Negotiate pricing and terms to maximise profitability.

○ Close deals and ensure timely order processing

● CRM Operations/ maintenance of Customer Data:

○ Accurately input and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.

○ Update records with interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress to ensure effective

tracking and reporting.

● Achieving Sales Targets:

○ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by the management.

○ Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

● Discipline and Grooming:

○ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour in all interactions with clients

and colleagues.

○ Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work

environment.

● Close deals and ensure timely order processing.Post-Sales Support:

○ Provide excellent after-sales support to customers, addressing any concerns or

issues promptly.

○ Follow-up with the Sales Support/ Coordinator, towards processing the orders

confirmed by the customer.

○ Ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

● Market Research:

○ Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

○ Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proven sales experience in a relevant industry, preferably in furniture or home improvement.

3+ Years of Experience in Sales. Mandatory: Furniture industry background

(experience-wise)

● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong communication and

interpersonal skills.

● Education: HSC or equivalent

● Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

● Ability to build rapport with customers and build long-term relationships.

● Self-motivated and results-oriented.

● Strong organisational and time-management skills.

● Proficiency in using sales CRM and other relevant software.

● Location: Residing on Western Railway Line (Mira Road to Dadar)

● Age: Male/ Female candidates aged 23 to 40

Working Hours:

● Standard Work Week: Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Work Off will be on Week

days (between Monday to Thursday)

● Office Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

● Preferred Location: Candidates residing between Mira Road and Dadar are encouraged to

apply.
