Job Title: HSEQ - Manager

 

Department: HSEQ

 

Unit / Location: PGH & PFM (Peninsula Franchise Mgt. Multiple Outlets)

 

Reports To: Director, HOM & COM

 

Educational Qualifications: BSc. in Micro-biology, Diploma/Degree in Food Technology

 

Technical / Functional Skills Required:

 

  • Willingness to adopt to new developments.
  • Ability to multitask and handle team responsibilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft applications.
  • Sincere, ambitious and hardworking with a commitment to excel

 

Total Experience: 4 yr. to 6 yr.

 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Handling end to end process of Food Safety Management System.
  • Handling Hotel & Multiple Outlet, consisting of food safety audits and trainings.
  • Handling FSSAI Compliance internal & external documentation and certification.
  • Handling IQA and MRM as per requirements as per standard.
  • Assisting in compliance requirement of Four-Star classification.
  • Handled onsite food safety audits at multiple outlets, consisting of managing issues relating to food safety and hygiene, preparing action plan for gaps identified.
  • Initiating quality related meetings and imparting training sessions for the staff to explain them the importance of GMP and GHP.
  • Handling of customer complaints and preparing Root Cause Analysis
  • Planning of food testing samples for external
  • Handling Surprise audits conducted by Food Safety Officer
  • Handling of Fostac trainings, registrations

 

Salary Budget: 50 k to 60 k per month
