Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth through lead generation, cold calling, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:   Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance and market trends. Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to handle cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills:  Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.

Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
