 JOB OFFER BY ITC AT ANDHERI LOKHANDWALA FOR FEMALE STAFF - OFFICE COORDINATOR

Assistant for a German company for their India operations.  Mumbai Office :)

salary : 40-45k PM

Experience : 1-3 yrs

preferably Married female with good English Accent, 

Requirements:

- C1 English

- Willingness to learn German

- Personal profile: self-starter, independent, highly motivated, good attention to detail (!), fast learner, able to manage time effectively

- Confident computer user, able to independently solve problems and support others


Highly desirable:

- German language at any level

- Previous administrative experience

- Experience in corporate customer service (used to standard practices like response time within 24 hours, obliging by company's processes and procedures, pleasant and supportive, "people's person")


Job role:

- 8 hours daily + overtime when needed

- Taks include but not limited to: 


*Contact with nurses & providers across all channels (customer service), 

*Updating our system with emails (log of business flow), 

*Note-making during meetings, 

*Arranging and confirming and attending meetings to support, 

*Updating calendar and making sure everyone's informed,

*Preparing documents in accordance with requirements, 

*Saving necessary documentation in the cloud, 

*Supporting Ira's work on e-learning platform, 

*Picking up any assistance/administrative work ad-hoc.
