Brief about Company


Incepted in the year 1979, Shiv Shakti has been at the forefront of manufacturing & exporting of Process Equipments, engineering system for Pharmaceutical, Bulk Drugs, chemical, & allied industries. Apart from manufacturing, the group is also involved in sourcing, inspection and supply of a variety of process equipments for Pharmaceutical, Bulk Drugs, Chemicals Agro chemical, & allied industries to meet the specific requirements of customers.

Job Profile: The role of the Sales representative is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from existing and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes revenue and profitability.

Role and Responsibility:


•Cold calling, generation of leads, visit to new as well as existing customers, identifying strategies to retain existing customers.

•Responsible for independently handling of all aspects of business development, sales related activities, customer visits etc.

•Organising and Participating in Marketing Campaigns

•Handling customer enquiries, sending offers & booking the orders

•To expands business by selling cross selling spares / service etc.

•Understand the pain area of customers and providing solutions

•Active use of Salesforce for sales case monitoring and to maintain customer information by entering database.

•Responsible for submitting sales business forecast, sales report & MIS

•Responsible for data analysis of target VS achievements, profit margins, business performance.

•Monitoring & ensuring the overall smooth working of the entire region


Education: B.E Mechanical/ Chemical with MBA in Marketing

Key Skills: Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional with Passion for Sales & Marketing

Excellent communication skill & Presentation Skills

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Negotiation Skills & Market Intelligence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Sales Force preferred Job Location: Mumbai (Goregoan)

EXPERIENCE : 2-5 YRS PM

SALARY : 40-75K
