Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8–10 years of sales
experience, preferably in real estate.
3. Salary : 10-12 Lakhs
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious,
results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The role focuses on generating
leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our real
estate projects. If you excel in communication, have a passion for sales, and

Key
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and
acquire new customers through cold calling, networking,
and lead generation efforts.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage
repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct
sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs, present solutions,
and close deals.
4. Target Achievement: Consistently
meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
5. Industry Awareness: Stay updated
on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with
marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with
company goals.
7. Sales Records: Accurately
maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using
CRM tools.
8. Channel Partner Management:
Maintain strong relationships with distribution networks and channel partners.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication,
negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office tools.
4. Personality: Results-oriented,
self-motivated, and a team player.
5. Residence: Preferably residing in
the western suburbs of Mumbai.
