Job Title: Senior Interior Designer 


Job Description

Job Responsibilities Collaborates on all phases of the design process including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, document preparation and execution administration for projects of varying sizes with minimal guidance. 

Utilizes creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions

Preparation of design presentations

Participates in and/or assist in leading design presentations to the client

Generation of 3D views and renderings for concept and presentations

Generation of finishing schedule and Room Data Sheets (RDS)

BOQ preparation

Play major role in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), color palettes and lighting to incorporate sustainable design practices.

Coordination with project team including architectural, structural, MEP for design development 

Generation of working drawings and details, specifications and material selections needed at execution stage

Coordination with various consultants and vendors as per project requirements

Attend client meetings and Site visits to ensure the execution as per design.

Will be responsible for maintenance of project documents and other communications


Requirements: A qualified Architect/ a certified Interior Designer who possesses and applies a diversified knowledge of design principles, practices to complete assignments with originality and creativity. Anticipates job expectations, contributes to design solutions and project execution. Knowledge of various materials and finishes, furniture and lighting design having in-depth site experience.


Key Skills: 5+ years of experience in executing interior projects. Commercial or industrial type is must. Exposure to hospitality and healthcare projects will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, In-Design, Enscape and 3D modeling software such as Lumion, Vray preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred

Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing

Mandatory Skills: 1.Handled site activities 


2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

3. drafting BOQ 



Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture, registered with COA, India OR Diploma (full time) in Interior Design from a reputed institution



Job Location: Mumbai head office 

Industry: Hospitality, healthcare, commercial interior, large campus

Required Experience: 5-8+

Relevant Experience: 5+

Gender: Male/female

Working Days: 6 days a week 

Reporting to: Head architecture

Offer CTC: 10-20% above current
