Job Specifications: • Target Achiever: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on incentive-driven performance.

• Segment Expertise: Current exposure and experience in Pediatric, Dermatology, and Gynecology

segments as an NSM or Half India Manager.

• Team Management: Demonstrated experience in managing a team of 100+ Medical

Representatives.

• Vacancy Management: Proven ability to handle vacancy management and ensure optimal

staffing levels.

• KOL/KBL Management: Experienced in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key

Business Leaders (KBL).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business

growth.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets.

3. Customer Negotiations: Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, providing timely

and effective solutions aligned with client needs.

4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements

as necessary.

5. Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

6. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market

opportunities; acquire new customers and upsell to existing ones.

7. Cross-Department Liaison: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development

departments to ensure brand consistency.

8. Sales Management Experience: Proven experience as a National Sales Manager with a track

record of managing a high-performance sales team.

9. Metrics Analysis: Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics with a solid

customer service attitude.

10. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

11. Field Force Management: Oversee closure of Field Force vacancies and ensure optimal staffing

levels. Willingness to travel as needed.


Required Skills:

1. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

2. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the market and industry.

3. Time Management: Strong time management and planning skills.

4. Field Sales Experience: Extensive experience in field sales and corporate hospital tie-ups.

5. Educational Qualification: BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
