SALARY 5 LAKHS

EXPERIENCE : 5-7 YRS

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Tender Documents:

o Draft and prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance

with all specified requirements.

o Manage and organize all relevant documentation, ensuring timely submission.

• Tender Submission:

o Coordinate the timely submission of tender documents in accordance with specified

guidelines and deadlines.

o Ensure that all required documentation, forms, and certificates are included in the tender

submission.

o Monitor and track the status of submitted tenders, providing updates as necessary.

• Communication with Stockists:

o Initiate and maintain regular communication with stockists to understand their needs and

requirements.

o Proactively call stockists to promote products/services, discuss order requirements, and

provide necessary information.

o Address inquiries, concerns, and requests from stockists in a timely and professional

manner.

• Order Generation:

o Provide stockists with relevant product information, pricing details, and delivery

schedules.

o Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

• Relationship Management:

o Build and nurture strong relationships with stockists to enhance business partnerships.

o Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by stockists in a prompt and

effective manner.

o Gather feedback from stockists to identify areas for improvement and customer

satisfaction.


• Compliance and Documentation:

o Stay updated on tendering regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.

o Ensure all tender-related activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

o Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender and order-related documentation.

• Reporting:

o Prepare regular reports on tender activities, order generation, and stockist interactions.

o Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data

analysis.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in tender preparation and submission.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
