 Speciality Expertise: Role is for handling Critical Care and Pediatric Speciality Doctors in Corporate
Chain of hospitals, private hospitals, nursing homes etc.
 Team Management: Demonstrated experience in managing a team of 50+ MRs & Managers.
 Vacancy Management: Proven ability to handle vacancy management and ensure optimal staffing levels.
 KOL/KBL Management: Experienced in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Key Business Leaders
(KBL), Purchase Committee & Pharmacy Head in Hospitals.
