3. Adhering to the end-to-end sales process from the new enquiry received from the client till the payment received (As per the existing process).

6. Sales coordinators are responsible for organizing and executing customer requirements and add support to the company's sales team, not only in sales.

7. A sales coordinator has to create and enforces policies designed to increase sales and develop a new base of customers. A sales coordinator is expected to keep accurate sales records, and they conduct thorough research on competing organizations.

8. Good negotiation and communication skills are ideal traits of a sales coordinator. 

9. A Sales Coordinator primarily, focusses on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

10. A Sales Coordinator should handle orders by telephone or email and check that they include correct prices, discounts and product numbers, contacting customers to resolve any queries.

11. A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

12. A sales Coordinator should ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements inform customers of any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates.

13. He/She must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

14. Sales coordinators maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. They prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.

15. Sales Coordinator should also provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.

16. The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

17. He/She must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

18. The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

19. A Sales Coordinator may be responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.

20. Sales coordinators contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.

21. Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.

22. Providing sales support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.

23. Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.

24. Providing inputs and ideas into marketing enterprises and subsequently promote them and monitor responses.

25. Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

26. Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.

27. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.

28. Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.

29. Promoting the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers through a proactive approach.

30. Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.

31. Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Sales manager.

32. Attending network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.
