 Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.

 Do regular performance evaluation.  Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere

 Should know about KRA, and Data Management.

Requirements

 Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor 

 Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.  Excellent communication and leadership skills

 Organizational and time-management skills

 Decision-making skills

 Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation: - Up to 5 Lpa

Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA

Experience: - 3 to 5 Years of experience
