Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Executive Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Purchase Journal Vouchers:  Prepare and finalize sales and purchase account journal vouchers in accordance with established accounting principles.

2. Bank Reconciliation and Statement Handling:  Manage bank accounts and perform regular Bank Reconciliation. Statements (BRS) to ensure accurate financial records.

3. Tax Compliance:  Provide necessary data to the tax department, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.

4. End-to-End Accounting:  Oversee the entire accounting process, from data entry to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

5. Coordination with Operations Team:  Collaborate with the operations team to gather and coordinate information related to daily sales, purchases, and payments for accurate financial reporting.

6. MIS Reporting:  Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into the financial performance of the organization.

7. Tally ERP 9 and Excel Proficiency:  Utilize Tally ERP 9 for accounting tasks and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other financial functions. Proficiency in these tools is a must.

8. Compliance Management:  Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills: 

 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  More than 3 years of experience in same profile.  Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role.  Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and advanced Excel skills.  Familiarity with tax regulations, including GST and TDS.  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.  Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
