 *JOB OFFER BY GENERAL AUTO ELECTRIC – VASAI – QC EXECUTIVE - Level Middle-Level Management*

Experience : 3-5 yrs

Salary: 20-40k 

Location : The position is in our Vasai Factory. Hence the candidates residing on the  western railway between Andheri-Virar would be preferred. 

INTERNAL  Q.C. Engineer/Executive, Production Engineer/Executive/ Supervisor, D&D & Customer Support (Repairing) EXTERNAL  Third Party Inspector, Customer, Supplier, Testing/Calibration LAB / Test 

Key areas: On-time submission of QC documents to the Customer  Develop & Maintain test schedule & set up.  Analysis of Nonconformities by various methods – 7 QC Tools / 8 D etc.  Develop Test procedures/W.I. for IQC / In-Process / Final inspection. 

Responsibilities : To conduct customer/Third party inspection smoothly and prepare reports as required in time  Proper and systematic maintenance of Inspection Records in Hard as well as a soft form  To understand the concept and prepare documents such as a Quality Assurance Plan, List of Equipment, Compliance against Specification, etc.  Monitor the activities of Inspection team members  Monitor test results & verify records on sampling for testing of products.  Coordinate with D & D and customer support (repairing) for CAPA.  To co-ordinate for customer audits as and when required. 

Capabalities: To read & understand drawings/customer specifications and do the testing accordingly.  Should have basic knowledge of electrical components - MCB/ MCCB/ RCB, VMR, IMD, CURRENT TRANSFORMER, SPD, etc.  Should be able to prepare Test reports in Word/Excel format and communicate with customers.  Understand processes like Welding, Grinding, Winding, Fitting, Soldering, SMT & Wave soldering machine operation & Testing (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)  Understanding of material (Metal / Plastic / Electronics)  *Reading & understanding of customer’s specifications.  In-depth understanding of all processes involved in a manufacturing company  Able to work in a team  Good written and verbal communication.
