Job Description:  As a Business Development Manager at Design Curve Studio, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective B2B and B2C sales strategies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors, customers, and other key stakeholders to enhance our market presence and contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. B2B and B2C Sales:  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and vendors.

2. Vendor and Client Management:  • Communicate with vendors to establish partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Communication and Relationship Building:  • Utilize excellent communication skills to present our services and offerings to potential clients. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors. • Represent Design Curve Studio at industry events to network and promote the brand.

4. Deal Closing Skills: • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts. • Work closely with the design and project teams to align offerings with client needs. 5. Business Expansion: • Actively seek opportunities for business expansion and market penetration. • Explore potential collaborations and partnerships to enhance our service portfolio.

Qualifications:  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully. • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. • Experience in vendor and client management.
