Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting and coordinating with the sales & Office team.  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.  • Handling ISO Documentation.  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance system.  • Assisting and supporting management.  • Maintain proper communication with staff.  • Ensure samples / documents received from customer as and when required. • Prepare IMS documents pertaining to department. • Communicate dispatch details and logistic arrangements to customer as applicable. • Coordination for customer feedback and identifying improvement areas. • Coordination for Corrective Actions. • Ensuring proper maintenance and preservation of system related documents and records. • Coordination for internal & External audit • Coordination for MRM and provide required data. Computer knowledge: MS office- especially MS Advance Excel, MS outlook, power point presentation & ERP.

Skills:

• Good communication skills / • able to work under deadlines and pressure.
