 *JOB OFFER BY FABLAB – THANE - PLANNING & DESIGN ENGINEER*

Interview Schedule : 10th & 11th October 2023

Salary: 2-7 Lakhs 

Interview Time : 10:00  to 11:30 am ;  2:00 to 5:00 pm

Job Description:   

•             Developing vendors for all segments of Symbion.   •             Checking & finalising the indents, BOQs, Drawings of all projects.  •            Prepare plans and schedule for all project activities        Preparation designing of laboratory furniture structure & preparing a BOQ for the same. •             Preparation of GA drawing for all products of the company.                  Working as per the daily & weekly targets allotted. •             Documents received during file transfer shall be reviewed by the Engineer & prepare a bar chart onto the next set of activities leading to order placement & manufacturing and installation.

•             Negotiating with vendors for final rates, prepare comparisons & co-ordinating to release the purchase orders and following up for delivery status.

•             Prepare documents such as TDS, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, Instruction manual etc. for the required products, all GA drawings. •             Co-ordinating with planning, design & installation teams at both office and site as instructed. •             Responsible for the smooth execution and completion of the project.

•             Maintaining the all-client end communications, approvals of layout, GA Drawings, BOQ and documents. •             Maintaining a design register for all projects and a master design register containing the code/nomenclature assigned for each project. •             Submission of various reports to Directors on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. •             Maintain different monitors such as drawing monitor, technical submitted monitor etc.

 B.E. /Mechanical Engineer

Use Auto Cad, Microsoft office, Systems to Design and Visualise Project
