Salary : 8 to12 lakhs 

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR operations, as well as experience working with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives . - Manage the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. - Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. - Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. - Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations. - Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. - Manage the HR team, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC guidelines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions
