Job Title: Customer Care Representative - Mutual Funds, SIP, Investments

SALARY : 15-25K

EXPERIENCE : 1-3 YRS IN MUTUAL FUNDS 

Job Overview: As a Customer Care Representative specializing in Mutual Funds SIP, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to investors seeking information, assistance, or guidance regarding their mutual fund SIP investments. You will serve as a liaison between the company and investors, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and facilitating investment-related processes.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:  Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding mutual funds SIP Investments. Assist customers with account setup, account maintenance, and online transactions. Provide guidance on investment options, fund performance, and policy features.

Issue Resolution:  Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues related to investments, policyholders, or fund transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer problems and ensure timely resolution.

Product Knowledge:  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's mutual fund offerings and SIP Investments. 

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for data protection and privacy.

Education and Guidance:  Educate customers about the benefits and risks associated with different investment options. Assist customers in making informed investment decisions based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.

Compliance and Regulations:

Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standards when handling customer requests and transactions. Ensure proper documentation and disclosures are provided to customers as required by law.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes, share knowledge, and enhance customer experience.

 Qualifications:  Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF) or B Com, or a related field (preferred). Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of mutual funds, life insurance, and investment products. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
