Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned zone

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Conduct regular sales reviews, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

- Train and develop sales team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
