Job Details

Making of Purchase and Sales Order in System as per requirements Responsible of sourcing &procurement of materials. 

 Sending the Quotation as per the enquiries.  Cost evaluation with respect to budget provision, Cost analysis & preparation of Comparison Statement

 Floating enquiries & Negotiation with various vendors & collect quotations

 Technical & commercial discussion, negotiations with sub-contractors about rate forscope of work

Make rate analysis for material & labour component considering basic & final rates quoted at the time of pre-tendering procedure

 Maintaining records related to contracts i.e. Indents, Work Orders, Advances, completion dates.

Locate vendors of materials, suppliers, and interview them in order to determineproduct availability and terms of sales.

 Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
