Selection Criteria:

Gender - Female candidates only.

Education qualification - Graduation (10+2+3/4) necessary

Computer knowledge - Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office necessary

Preference shall be given to:  > B Com Graduates and above  

> Candidates with knowledge of Internet and Email > Awareness of Tally / any similar accounting software

> Candidates with English medium schooling. > Candidates with prior work experience. > Married candidates

Training & Absorption:

Selected candidates will undergo orientation (for approx 1 week) and subsequent training (for approx 2-6 months)

On satisfactory completion of training they will be absorbed on permanent role at an executive level in one of our group companies

Further promotions/salary increments/bonuses shall depend solely on -

> the executive's performance in the organization, > sincerity and dedication

> contribution to the productivity of the organization and > performance appraisal

Salary / Remuneration:

> Based on qualification, talent & experience, the salary packages shall range from INR 96,000 to 1,50,000 per annum.

> Salary is payable monthly, between 7th-10th of the consecutive month.

> Annual Bonus - 5-10% of annual salary package, based on performance appraisal and subject to completion of one year in the organization.
