1. To reconcile the stock at warehouse.  2. To perform audit and ensure the correctness of material accounting. 3. To conduct frequent perpetual and system audit. 4. Inspections of documents. 5. Checking daily transaction s Reports. 6. Making MIS Reports. 7. Monitoring all Inwards and follow-up updating in IT. 8. Monitoring consignments Pending. 9. Auditing concept registers and security registers. 10. Analyzing stock take variance. 11. checking of billed items pending delivery. 12. coordinate with concept during off sale. 13. Surprise checking of cash counters, Alterations counter, Exchange counters. 14. Conducting Stock take every month all shops and warehouse which is located in Mumbai & All over. 15. Generating Shrinkage report (consumption) and share to Management for P&L. 16. Excess stocks, non moving stocks and expire stocks sent to warehouse on Top Priority which was found during stock take. 17. Preparing audit score and share to management. 18. Analyze stock take report and share summary to management. 19. Helping to Warehouse operation (PO,GRN,RTV,Dispatch, FIFO) 20. To ensure all Inventory related Process/SOP at stores should be as per the Internal Audit Parameter.
