505-01   - *Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare Industry – Mumbai – PHARMA INDUSTRY*

• Operational Objectives:

- Understand and follow organization's vision, Mission , goals, objectives & culture - Understand and follow Key success factors and business fundamentals - Attain Goals /Objectives related to company's short and medium term goals

• General Operations: - Customer Profiling and Management - Key opinion leader(KOL) development and Management - Marketing Development activity (Continuous medical Education/ Education of Paramed and Pathologist) - Manage brand development and performance - Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines

• Field Operation:

- Prepare action plans & schedules to identify specific targets & to project the number of contacts to be made - Making a plan of action, pre call preparations & maintain accurate sales reports either on daily, weekly or monthly basis - Call up and Fix appointment with KOLs and Doctors -- Prepare presentations, proposals & sales contracts - Follow up for Meeting KOLs and Doctors - Manage account services through quality checks & other follow-up - Continuously build & maintain the database of prospects & customers

• Administration: - Providing timely market related feedback and competitors information. - Collect feedback of the customer once visited - Make a consolidated report of the feedback received and sent it to the reporting manager - Create and send accurate monthly reports. - Reports should indicate the following: Plan v/s achieved, Reasons for any shortfalls, SWOT analysis, Next month targets - Reports to be submitted by 7th of Every Month for the prior month.

Relationship Management: Interpersonal relationship building, network creation, stakeholder engagement 3. Influencing: Ability to listen, respond with the interests of the other, veer the other to a desired answer or solution 5. Financial Acumen: Capability to gauge financial impact – long term and short term, and make the right choices constantly being aware of the fiscal options and explores ways to improve the same.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience

SALARY: 5-6 LAKHS 

Age: upto 35 years

Job Location: Mumbai (Preferred candidates who is having own vehicle (Bike))

Working Days: 6 days

Travel Requirement in the role: 80% of working days- On field job

Qualification: BSc. B. Pharm, Biotechnology and equivalent Graduation  / Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
